Chopped lettuce
Chopped spinach
Coriander leaves
Spring onion
Onion
Ginger
Garlic
Tomato sauce
Take a non stick pan. Add one teaspoon oil.  Jiovo canola oil.IMG20190307094456.jpg
Add chopped onion and spring onion
Once light brown, add Ginger garlic finger shaped thinly chopped.
Add sea salt and black pepper.
Add lettuce, cabbage and spinach leaves.
Add coriander leaves
Flame off.
Serve in a bowl. Garnish with coriander. Sesame seeds.
Variation and creation

  • Add honey and lemon juice.
  • Add Chaat masala.
