One might wonder over the topic I have chosen. Well, this is what happens with me quite often. People leave me, put their garbage on me and clear their houses. So I live in solitude but I don’t forget to remain in gratitude. I never take the courage to fight back with same dirty language or thoughts. I change my direction. I withdraw from that company. The negativity does not let me work properly. I have always been impressed by the ideologies of Kabir Ji dohas since childhood. I don’t find fault in others. Many times, the circumstances make the things happen. Moreover before we poke nose into others’ matters, we should consider our wisdom too.
Although I have never abused anyone or never intentionally hurt people but I take the sharp satires and ugly looks at times. I stand against the odds. I favor people who are right at any cost. This too is not digestive to people at times. The negative vibes are spread around. To remain aloof in such circumstances is tough.

It may happen that you are left alone or stand in the minority, never feel shattered if you’re not wrong. Always remember Guru Gobind Singh Ji’ words ‘sawa lakh see ek ladaun, tabhi Gobind Singh naam kahaun’. So it is not the size of the dog in the fight but it is about the size of the fight in the dog. If your argument is strong, stay positive. Many times, you will have to walk alone. But remember Rabindra Nath Tagore also said ”Ekla Chalo Re/ Walk Alone’. Moreover, self dignity should always be priority. I am an admirer of the poem we used to sing in school times:
“Hamko Man ki Shakti Dena
Man ki Jay karein
Dusron ki Jay se pahle
Khud ki Jay karein”
How to Practice solitude but gratitude when in trouble:
- Speak for righteousness as you will be answerable to your soul.
- Be right only then you can be the boss of your intentions.
- Practice yoga and meditation.
- Practice breathing.
- Have reading habits
- Listen to music and chill
- Go for a long drive
- Stay Calm and drink Coffee. (C2 Formula)
- Be good and good will come to you eventually.
- Avoid Gossips.
- Every human has one or other quality. It is just they seek attention or their thoughts are diverted.
- Live life to the fullest!
- Pen down how you feel in your personal diary!
- Always remember the lines by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam “In giving, you receive happiness, in body and soul. “
